    Hi there,

    I’m having a problem with the featured images after I installed the W3TC plugin on my site.

    The featured images are not loading and the preload spinning gif is the only thing shown.

    Do you know anything that can be done to solve that?

    Hi there,

    I also use W3TC on my demo pages so it’s working fine with the theme. Make sure you clear all your cache and also click “Empty Cache” in the W3TC setting.

    There is some javascript errors.
    The Google Maps api is being loaded multiple times. I don’t know why since I never touched that.
    And there is a reference error on the preloader js.

    Here is a screenshot.

    Hi,

    The google api is not a problem. It seems the variable “imagepath” is not loaded properly.

    Did you try to disable W3TC and see if the problem is indeed from this plugin?

    Yes I did and the problem is not from the plugin.

    Ended up having to disable completely the preloader script to make the image to apear.

    Any tip on fixing the preloader?

    Did you try to disable the plugin and reinstall a fresh copy of the theme?
