    Unfortunately WP has only few options of ordering the items. Here’s the full list of ordering parameters:

    http://codex.wordpress.org/Class_Reference/WP_Query#Order_.26_Orderby_Parameters

    But note that by date it refers to the date of the publishing. I suggest to simply go to your events and click “Quick Edit” on each one and change the dates according to your event dates.

    2. I’m not sure if you fixed it but I can see 7 schools on your website.
