    Right now the accent color is yellow and I am having trouble changing the color. I tried going through Theme Options/Styling/theme accent color, but it stays the same…

    I’m having the same issue. I’m using the child theme (v1.0.3) and if I activate the parent theme and change the accent color there it works, just not with the child theme active. What is the version number of the newest update that you released?

    Hi there,

    It seems that the file named “custom-styles.css” located in the theme’s folder > framework > css it is not writable and the changes aren’t saved in the file. Please check the permissions of the file to be 755 or 777 and try again.

    Hi Chris,

    We tried changing the permissions and it still isn’t working.

    We also tried editing the style.css file located in themes > charity_child > style.css (both with the editor in the WP admin and via FTP) and it’s not recognizing changes to that file either.

    The only way that we can successfully modify the css is to add to the Custom CSS section of the Styling tab in the Theme Options section of the WP admin.

    @tanderson7399    : I’ve tried to log in but I get a “Failed Login” error. Though, try to do this first:

    Go to the theme’s folder > framework > inc and edit the file named “enqueue.php”. On line 49 replace this:

    get_template_directory_uri()

    with this:

    get_stylesheet_directory_uri()

    Save. Done.

    Now it should work.
