    I would like to use this image

    instead of the off-white background for the entire site? Is this possible?

    Also, can I place my logo above the navigation bar and have both the logo and navigation bar centered horizontally?

    Hi,

    You can add this code in the “Custom CSS” box in the theme options page > Styling.

    body {
    background: url("http://test2.r-ly.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/csac-steel-bg.jpg") no-repeat;
}

    To change the logo you’ll need some more coding. You’ll need to move the logo code from the “header.php” file located in the theme’s folder.
