    I have issues with the main blog page as follows:

    1) How do you remove the “#more-1267” parameter that appears in the URL when you click the learn more button from the main blog page feed to an individual blog post.

    2) The preview text on the main blog page feed of the blog post has disappeared. In Settings | Reading I switched the option for text in the posts feed from Full Text to Summary to see the difference, but all it did was clear the text from the main blog feed. When I checked the option back to full text, the text never returned. How do I get the preview text to come back under the feature image of each post.

    3) How can I get the feature image on the main blog page feed to be smaller?

    4) How do I get the SEO meto tag description to appear properly on search engine result pages and social media platforms. Currently, I cannot set it up so the information appears in a professional manner. I like the site but SEO has to work effectively.

    5) When you choose the option to hide the page/post title the title is read by a spyder as if it were on the bottom of the page. This is unacceptable. When a spyder crawls the site and reports the title on the bottom of the page, it will not gain the SEO points it should as the title should be the first words a spyder reads when it crawls a page or post. Please advise on how to visibly hide the title bar yet still have it be treated by spyders as the first words on a page/post.

    6) Do you have a tutorial or instructions on how to use custom fields?

    Hi there,

    1. That is the a default behaviour of WordPress. You’ll need to use a plugin or write some custom function: http://diythemes.com/thesis/rtfm/remove-more-anchor-permalinks/

    2. That option is for the feed and not for the blog page. You’ll need to add an excerpt for your posts in order to have a preview. You can find the excerpt box below your editor when you edit a post.

    3. Do you want to change the image in the rss feed or on the normal blog page?

    4. You need to use a SEO plugin like All in One Seo Pack or Yoast.

    5. When you hide the title it is simply hidden and it is not displayed at the bottom or anywhere else in the page. Can you post a screenshot of what area are you talking about?

    1) Ok, thanks.

    2) Yes I am referring to the feed. It is currently set as follows “For each article in a feed, show
    Full text” , even when I choose “Summary” no preview text appears in the blog feed. There is only the featured image and the learn more button. How do I fix this so that the blog feed has text.

    3) Change the image in the rss feed.

    4) Ok thanks. I take it there are no custom areas in your site that allow for scheme and open graph?

    5) I am referring to when I use an SEO friendly tool such as Yoast one of the red flags is that the title is being treated as if it were on the bottom of the page. This means that when a spyder crawls each page it finds the title on the bottom of the page. I did not mean that it is actually visible on the bottom, rather that it is being treated as if it is on the bottom. How do I fix this without unchecking the hide title option. A title should be the first words a spyder reads, not the last.

    Also Yoast plug gltiches when I try to use it for SEO descriptions and so forth such as for Facebook (have not yet tried it on Google or other platforms). I noticed previous posts that mentioned they had the same problem. Are you aware of any steps to take to avoid this problem or fix it? SEO is imperative and I like the site, but it has to allow for SEO optimization.

    2) Turns out if the featured image is too large it does not permit for any text to appear in the feed for that post. Or at least this seems to be the issue. Will let you know if I continue to have this problem but for now I think I fixed it. T

    2) Although now the preview text does not wrap with the width of the image of the blog post on the feed. Any way to fix this?

    When I do an analysis of the each page or post, the title is being treated as if it was on the bottom of the page, why is this?

    I’m not sure I understand what title are you referring to. Can you post a screenshot from the site with that title?
