    Thanks again for all of your help in the past. I have a new issue I wanted to send to you.

    Whenever a new blog is created, it shows on a slider that I added to the slider box on the homepage. This is what I added:

    [sd_blog cats="218" items="6" title="WORKOUT OF THE DAY"]

    So the new post is just a category and it shows fine. But in the NAV I added a link to WOD BLOG and that links to the same category.

    When visitors come to my site, they see the new Workout of the Day in the box but if they click on the WOD BLOG in the nav, it’s not there. It’s the previous day’s post.

    I flush the cache after each post. It seems to be happening with multiple browsers (Safari, IE, Chrome and Firefox).

    Could there be some kind of delay to the category? Or anything else you can think of?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hey,

    That’s weird, I’ve checked your site but I cannot see any problems. I can see in both WOD BLOG and on the homepage slider the latest post which is 12.4.14
