    Hi,

    I have 32 questions about the blog/recent posts.

    1. On the main blog page: http://srrn.raymondneto.com/our-blog/
    I would like to only show a short portion of the blog and then read more button – like this one.http://fitness.skat.tf/our-blog/ I tried changing the settings in ‘settings’ to summary, but that didn’t seem to work.

    2. on the home page: http://srrn.raymondneto.com/ I would like the recent box feed to work like the home page of http://fitness.skat.tf/ Also the arrows to scroll between the posts. e.g. the image and then the text on the right.

    3. http://srrn.raymondneto.com/our-blog/ – the 5 positive qualities post shows twice but it is only in the posts section once.

    Hi there,

    1. Make sure to add a “Read More” tag where you want your content to be cut off.

    2. Something is overriding the theme’s default styling. Try adding this in the “Custom CSS” box in the theme options page > Styling:

    .sd-services-item-desc {
padding: 40px 16px 0;
}

    Save. Done.

    3. That’s weird, It never happened to me. Can you try to copy your content, delete the post, empty the trash and create a new post and paste your content.

    I think I figured out why the post is doubling up. I tried deleting it but the same thing happened.

    What it is is the gallery plugin is causing the blog to duplicate (but doesnt do this on content pages).

    the code I entered was:

    [gallery_bank type="images" format="masonry" title="true" desc="false" responsive="true" animation_effect="" album_title="true" album_id="3"]

    would you have any idea why this would be causing a duplication in the blog?

    Hi, the text box on the home page is now showing, but the arrows to switch between the posts isn’t think it has something to do with the code flex-direction-nav. I can’t see anywhere to control the colours or the visibility? do you know what code I need to change for these arrows? thanks.

    Hi there,

    1. How did you set the blog page? Did you make any changes in the WP settings to display the blog? What is the gallery plugin name?

    2. The read more is a default WP feature. You can find a button in your editor. It is called “MORE” tag.

    3. I checked your website and I found out the problem with the carousels. It seems that your testimonials plugin is overriding all of the theme’s carousel styling. That’s why you encounter these problems.

    Hi there,

    1. I didnt make any changes to WP settings to display the blog. I just did – published your sample blog page, posted a post, and in settings allocation the post page and chose summary text (just moved it back to full text).

    Gallery plugin – I’m using “Gallery Bank Standard Edition” added this so that I could do category gallaries that look nice on pages e.g. http://srrn.raymondneto.com/quest-for-1/

    Testimonials – I added a new plugin for testimonials called “Clean Testimonials” as the one that came with the site didn’t allow categories (e.g. I want some testimonials on one page and others on another page). Would there be another plugin you recommend using to do this instead of the one I am using? or can I add categories to the one that came with the theme?

    The More tag works thank you.

    Also just noticed something new which is strange, the custom header background image isn’t working on this page anymore? http://srrn.raymondneto.com/our-blog/ It used to show, but doesn’t show now?
