    Hello,

    I purchased this theme yesterday. Everything works well except one issue. I used “Style 3” in the demo importer. The home page top section does not render properly on the phone. I’m using Samsung Galaxy s6. It works fine on desktop. The issue is only when viewed on the phone. The issue is only with the top section of the home page when used “Style 3”.

    Please see the attached screenshot for more information. Please get back to me on this. This is the only issue that is blocking me.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for reporting this. The problem is from the theme, I forgot to change the transparent background on mobile devices.

    Until, I release the update on ThemeForest and it gets accepted simply go to the theme’s folder > framework > js and replace the file named “custom.js” with the one inside the attached archive.

    Let me know how’s going.

    @karriehungerford: sure but I will need FTP credentials on your server because the file cannot be accessed from the WordPress dashboard. Also, make sure you make use of the private reply function if you post the credentials.

    Chris,

    In the demo, I still see #1 issue.

    After some thought:
    I like the way the header and menu option looks in Home 3 in the demo. However for the rest of the home page, I like home 2.

    I have 2 options:

    Option 1. Right now I have configured my site(pad4.viewmyportal.com) using Home2. So, I can change the code such that header and menu looks similar to home 3.

    Option 2. Install Home 3 and change the rest of the sections in the home page to look like Home 2.

    Which option is easy/possible? Where and what code change should I change? implementing either of these options will close the issue.

    Please guide me.

    Hey Raj,

    It’s easier to set up the homepage content of your desired demo and then simply adjust the menu settings from the theme options page.

    I mean setting the menu is easier than editing the content.

    Hi Chris,

    OK. Currently my site(pad4.viewmyportal.com) has a menu structure as shown in Menu1.png. I want to change the layout so that it looks like Menu2.jpg. Where and how should I change?

    In Menu1.jpg, the menu over lays the slider. In Menu2.jpg, the slider begins below the menu.

    You need to select the third option of headers from the theme options page > Header. Then, in “Mega Menu” you need to go to “Menu Themes” select your theme and change the “Menu Background” option to your desired color.

    Hey Raj,

    1. You can WordPress’s default importer (your WP dashboard > Tools) and the theme’s import feature for the theme options page.

    2. Simply disable it from your editor. There is a default WordPress option to disable comments on a specific page/post.

    3. I’m afraid you’ll need to create your own template. Simply copy the theme’s one (Eg. full width) and remove the “wp_header”.

    4. I’m afraid this is not possible right out of the box. Though you have 2 options:

    a) Purchase an Easy Digital Downloads extension that allows you to make manual purchases.
    b) Simply enable the test gateway and make a purchase. It won’t ask for other details.

    5. I’m afraid you’ll need to use a separate plugin to achieve that. There is no option to do this right out of the box.
