    Hi, I have just bought the DigitalAgency theme but after activate the template and import some sample data I cannot make any change in the Theme Options panel.

    It always shows the next message “The was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page”

    Please I need some help with that.

    Hi there,

    That’s weird. Can you check out that the file named “custom-styles.css” located in the theme’s folder > framework > admin > sd-admin-options has writing permissions so the settings can be written to that file?

    Hi there Chris, and thank you for your answer.
    I’ve already found the problem. If I deactivate the “Ultimate Addons for VC” plugin the
    theme works perfect. At the moment that is active, the “problem with your action” message shows and even have trouble to manage files through the Media Library or other simple tasks. It also makes other premium plugins crash.

    I don’t know if this is caused due to my hosting configuration (memory limits or something), but I’ve already setup the entire site without the plugin.

    I’ll keep digging about this trouble :p

    Hi I have the same problem . I can not change the theme options . I also added define ( ‘ WP_MEMORY_LIMIT ‘ , ‘ 256M ‘ ) ; in the wp -config . But it does not work . do you have an idea?

    Hi, yes the file exists und has writing permissions. “custom css styling ” works too. But the most theme options can not be changed (margins, colors….).

    Hi there,

    I’ve checked your site and it seems the theme cannot write the settings to the “custom-styles.css” file.

    This means that either the file is not writable (has permissions of 755 or 777) or if the file has the write permissions the WordPress user (usually apache) is not the owner of the files. Please double check these options.
