1. In your theme options page > Styling “Custom CSS” box paste this:

.sd-upper-section {
background-color: #1c1c1c;
}

Change the color to match your needs.

Save. Done.

2 & 3. Same as #1:

.sd-services-carousel-desc {
background-color: #1c1c1c !important;
}

Hi Chris. I have two questions related to this topic:
1) I also want to change the colour of the top, and the Popular Classes and Recent Posts blocks, but still keeping the colour I had as the Theme’s Accent Color, including the “trainers” box. How to do that?
2) How to add an extra colour on the top of the page (where the opening times are put), so I have one with 55px and another under this one with 15px? Is there a easy way to do that or should I insert an image instead? If the best solution is to insert an image, how to do that? Thanks

Regarding the upper section can you explain a little bit more what are you trying to achieve? Do you want a new bar on top of that or you just want the bar to have 2 colors instead of one?

.sd-upper-section-custom p {
    color: #7d7d7d;
}

For the border:

.sd-social-icons-header li {
    border-color: #292929;
}

Save. Done.

Hmm, unfortunately I still don’t fully understand.

The header is made of 2 parts header (white) and top bar (gray). Which one you want to change the color of? In the attached img. the header is the opposite way (header up and top bar down).

Also, regarding the other questions please see the answers for @patthai above.

I am sorry that I was not so good in describing what I want. I don´t want to change the white header. I want the gray top bar to have to colours (the dark blue and the salmon). It does not matter if the solution is coding theses two colours or inserting an image as the one attached. I just would like to have these two colours on the top gray bar. I hope I was clear enough this time. Thanks a lot 🙂
