    Hi there,

    Colours and general settings are not working or saving when I change them in the theme options. I also cannot delete the urls in the social icons top bar (which I don’t want).

    This seems to be a fairly issue, is there anything I can do to fix please?

    Hi there,

    Make sure that the file named “custom-styles.css” located in the theme’s folder > framework > admin > sd-admin-options has writing permissions so the theme can save its settings (ftp 755 or 777).

    Thanks Chris,

    I have a few issues below (with examples attached) I was hoping to get your help with asap…

    1. HEADER ICONS
    I have changed the permissions to 777 as you suggested which has allowed me to add the details I need, however it will not allow me to make the ones that I don’t need blank (invisable) (as per the linkedin attached) – it will allow me to put the hash in but if I delete it will go back to the original link and then it becomes non editable.

    2. MOBILE PADDING
    As per example the mobile version shows all content going right to the edge of screen. Can I add a custom 15px padding left and right that wont effect the full width row (coloured background)?

    3. GOOGLE MAPS
    With Google Maps I am getting the API error (attached)… I have created an API (hoping I have set up correctly) – but I have no access to Google module anywhere in the dashboard (as per under Ultimate, which I think is where it is supposed to be). Can you help me find a resolution for this please?

    Hi Stephanie,

    1. Can you post your url so I can take a look?

    2. You need to add your padding through the Visual Composer by editing your rows. Also, the rows already have default padding if you select the centered content option.

    3. You need to deactivate and delete the “Ultimate VC Addons” plugin and then install this version: https://skat.tf/go/uvca-3-16-6/. Once done you need to create a google api key and insert it in your dashboard > Ultimate > Google Maps.

    Hey Stephanie,

    1. Just checked it out and easily disabled the google plus and youtube icons for eaxample. I’ve just deleted the content of the input and the icon it’s gone.

    2. I’ve also managed to edit the slider with no problem. I can record a video if you want to see.

    I’ve also noticed some resources on your server allocated to WordPress are too low. Try to set the following settings as follows:

    Memory Limit

    Currently: 64M – Recommended is 256M

    Upload Max. Filesize

    Currently: 2M – Recommended is 32M

    Max. Post Size

    Currently: 8M – Recommended is 32M
