    How can I incorporate Constant Contact into the Newsletter signup, instead of the default MailChimp? I was able to put the actual button that links to the form, but not the email & name fields.

    @skat, I’ve added it to the home page so you can see how it displays. Right now, just copying the Constant Contact code into the theme options shows a “Sign Up” button. I’d love to show the email & name fields like in the demo.

    It seems that your contact form code does not include the inputs. I’m not familiar with constant contact but try to create in your constant contact dashboard a form that also includes those fields.
