    My contact form has stopped functioning, could you please help me resolve the issue?

    (Please ignore pixelated jpeg images etc. these are all images the client have put in themselves, I am just troubleshooting for them [haha])

    Also, reading your comments about the donation plugin, you mention taking it off “test mode,” how do you do that?

    Hi there,

    1. Do you have the “really simple captcha” plugin installed and activated?

    2. You can easily do this in your WP dashboard > Campaigns > Settings > and uncheck “Test Mode”.

    sorry never received an email notifying me you had replied. In the campaign settings test mode has been deactivated so thank you.

    However, in regards to the “really simple captcha” plugin, it is installed and activated but I am still having the same issue.

    That’s weird. I also don’t see any errors in the console regarding the contact form.

    Can you try to make a new form in your WP dashboard and replace this one and see how’s going with it?

    I’ve created a new contact form with two different settings. The first is with the captcha plugin and the second is without. Both results are the same. When I click submit the wheel spins but nothing happens, I think it is simply timing out. Would love some help with this one!

    Also, in reference to the donations,
    I have set up all settings perfectly and I can now get to the purchase page. However, when I press ‘purchase’ I receive a “Your purchase couldn’t be completed. There’s a problem with the merchant’s PayPal account. Please try again later,” error. What needs to be done on the Paypal end to allow the donations to work successfully?

    Hi there,

    1. If the contact form is still not working I think the problem may be related to your server. Is the mail function of the server still working properly? Can you make a test using other contact form methods (like another plugin from the WP repositiory)?

    2. I’ve looked into this and it seems that the problem can be from different sources. Is this happening when you press the checkout button or after you insert your paypal address to make the payment?
