    Hi there,

    The theme uses the “contact form 7” plugin. Simply create your form from the WP dashboard and insert the generated shortcode in the contact page (or in any page you want).

    Another question. If I decide to add a form instead of search course. What kind of customization I am looking for? Is it a very difficult task? I understand you template doesn’t have this feature.

    You can add the code of your form in the file named “searchform.php” and replace the one that is inside.
