When I download “All Files and Documentation”, there nothing except the “Licensing” folder and a .jpg preview. I have no Documentation, SampleData, Upload folders or the Update-info.txt.

    Hi there,

That’s weird. I’m not managing those files but Themeforest does. What happens if you try to download the installable file only?

    Cheers!

I’ve reached out to them, they refer me to you. I assumed it was their responsibility to check and maintain the downloads coming from their site, but haven’t gotten another response from them after they referred me to you.

And the link for the install file is fine, just missing all the other stuff from the other links.

Could you provide the missing stuff to me?

My project is behind schedule now because of all this.

Thanks for sending the files over. I appreciate the quick response.

I have one more question, where inside the theme builder would I put a short code that pulls from a plug-in?

I tried the raw HTML, but that didn’t work.

So I tried looking at the documentation for Visual Composer and when I click the link provided in the download, I get this…

Is this not supported any longer? If not, do you know where I could get some kind of documentation for it?

    Hi there,

You’ll need to add your shortcode in a text section. Add the section and then go to the html mode of the editor and insert your desired shortcode.

As for the docs it seems they’ve moved it online: https://kb.wpbakery.com/docs/getting-started/

Sorry to be such a pain man, but now when I import any of the Demos, the menu gets covered up by the slider.

I’d let you into the site to have a look, but I’m building it locally…

Nevermind, the menu had gotten reset and I thought it was under the slider…

And do we have access to the WPBakery Template Library with this license?

Besides the top bar you can always access the theme options page > Demo Import in your dashboard > Appearance > Theme Options.

I’m afraid that the WP Bakery Template Library is a premium feature that is available only when you buy a license for the plugin yourself and I cannot bundle the license in my themes because it is not allowed.
