    On what page are you using the countdown? Do you use the visual composer section or a section of the theme where it is already integrated?

    So yes I want to format the countdown appearance (and get it to work!) on sections of the theme where the countdown is already integrated.

    You can change some of the styling from theme options page > Styling > Events
