    When ever I try to load the Customize page I get a Server Error 500

    That’s weird but I think it has something to do with the memory that you have allocated to php. Try to bump up the memory to 256M and see how it goes. https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

    Ok i have increased the memory to 256m

    Just so we are clear i am referring to the option in wp-admin under Apperance/customize

    I’ve checked your site and it seems that you are using an outdated version of WP. You have 3.9 installed and the theme supports WP 4.0+ Can you update your WP version and see how it goes?

    Hey,

    Just checked it out (you can disable wp debug now). It seems that you have an older php version installed on your server, 5.3.28. You need at least 5.4 for everything to work fine. Try to update your version or if you can’t contact your hosting company and ask them to do it for you.
