    Hey there skat team,

    i have some questions about my helping hands theme on my site here:
    http://www.venusdesignworks.com/wp1/

    1. First it like to get the Menue to look like this:

    Home

    So with the green background, however i can’t find an option to get the menu to look like this. Under Theme Options i selected Header Style 3 – which would be this but it doesn’t work.

    2. When scrolling down i got the sticky menu, is there anyway to get a sticky logo too?

    3. How to change the smiley-image in the become a volunteer banner ? Also the banner background is to short (width) where to change that and its color?

    4. Is there any way to reduce the hight of the slider? Also how to get auto-play to work on the slider 🙂 ?

    Hi there,

    1. Make sure that in your dashboard > Mega Menu > Menu Themes you set the color of this option: “Menu Background”.

    2. I’m sorry but this is not available now. I’ve noted it down and see maybe I’ll release this option in the next update.

    3. That is actually an image set as background to the newsletter section. You can change/adjust the settings in the theme options page > Styling

    4. In your dashboard > Revolution Slider go and edit the settings of your slider (the small gear icon). There at the bottom you’ll see an option box named “Slide Layout”.

    To pause on hover in the same slider settings you’ll see some tabs on the right side. Click on “General Settings” and enable “Stop Slider on Hover”.

    1. You can paste this in the theme options page > Styling > Custom CSS box:

    .is-sticky .sd-header-style3 {
    padding: 0 !important;
}

    3. In the theme options page > Styling look for this option “Newsletter Background”.

    4. Did you find those options? In the same place you can change the height too.

    3. Its not there, look : http://i.imgur.com/OszJfzI.png – furthermore if i change anything there it does nothing for the banner. To clarify iam talking about this banner here:
    http://i.imgur.com/cnJvszT.png and i want to change its color and the smiley img. It is also to short (width) ?

    4. Yes fount it and changed the height. The autoplay still doesn’t work, if i choose slider type standard or carousel the slider just disappears from the frontage completely. Only slider hero-scene works ?

    Hi there,

    1. To remove the transparency add this to the theme options page > Styling > Custom CSS box:

    .is-sticky .sd-sticky-header {
    opacity: 1 !important;
}

    3. Make sure you use the actual theme options page not the customizer. In your dashboard > Theme Options > Styling.

    4. That’s weird. Can you post a test username & pwd. so I can take a closer look? Make sure you use the private reply function of the forum.

    7. Paste this in the “Custom CSS” box:

    .sd-header-style3 .sd-search-input {
    background-color: #27a481  !important;
}

    Hey,

    Just checked your site and:

    1. You slider is auto starting correctly but you only have one slide published. Also, the second slide (the one from the demo) has a campaign inserted and since you don’t have any campaigns it will not properly work. If you create a campaign and assign the campaign ID in the second slide it will work properly (or create a different slide).

    2. The height is adjusting properly. Just made some tests and changed from 600px to 400px with no problem.

    7. if i change element positions in html they will get set back once the theme updates right? Is there a way to prevent this ?
