Hi there,

You can hide the slider on mobile devices but it will still request and load the images (even if they’re not displayed).

Simply paste this in the “Custom CSS” box in the theme options > Styling:

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    #featuredslider {
        display: none;
    }
}

The only approach will be to do it by using some javascript but you’ll need some coding skills to achieve this.

Simply add this in the theme options page > Styling > Custom CSS box:

.captions {
    display: block;
}

Save. Done.

Hey,

Unfortunately, it’s not possible without having the same text for all the captions bars. Because once you change the styling of the first slide the next one will have the same styling and if you have less text or more it won’t look good.

You can play with the styling and see what fits best.

In the same “Custom CSS” box paste this:

#featuredslider .captions {
    height: 65px;
    padding: 16px 20px 20px;
}
#featuredslider h3 {
    font-size: 18px;
}

Now, play with the numbers and see which fits best.
