    Greetings. How do I get the 2 home page buttons to accept donations? Currently, when someone hits the DONATE button, a popup comes up that says ‘Select your pledge amount – Purchase’. But doesn’t show any pledge options, nor does it allow someone to enter a donation amount.

    Make sure that in your WP dashboard > Campaign > Settings this is checked:

    “Allow arbitrary amounts to be pledged.”

    Thanx. That helped. Now I get this message when I hit ‘Purchase’ – ‘Select an Option’…. How do I get the DONATE button to just accept the donation amount and send the donator to Paypal for purchase?

    Hi,

    Edit your campaign and make sure that this option is not checked:

    “Enable multiple reward options”

    And in the “Campaign Settings > Misc” this is checked:

    “Immediately redirect to checkout after adding an item to the cart?”

    Also, make sure to watch the video tutorial on how to set up the campaign settings and add a new campaign. It can be found in the archive you’ve downloaded > Documentation > Charity > index.

    Greetings. Another question. WHen I put an amount in the donation area, then hit ‘Checkout’ the dollar amount does not transfer to the next step. All it shouws if ‘$0.00’.

    How do I make the donation amount carry over to the theme’s checkout page?

    Hi there,

    You cannot add your own images. The section makes use of the people’s gravatars. If the donor has a gravatar assigned to his/her email it will automatically appear on the website.

    Hi,

    Couple of questions:
    1)
    I have the pledge-button on a campaign page..
    And I can fill in w/e I wish to donate.
    However.. when I get on the Paypal page, the donated amount doesn’t show, and it just shows zero 0.00

    2)
    How can I change the text “Enter your pledge amount” ?
    And how can I remove the “Free – ” from the button ?

    3)
    How can I list all Campaigns ?
    Like it shows the Events on some sort of index page. (template)
