    Hi,

    Last week i already bought Digital Template and it’s awesome template.
    But i need extends some post type to fulfill my site.
    I want to create new post type called ‘Billboard’ with template looks like case study with some modification
    i.e list preview looks like http://digitalagency.skat.tf/2-columns-case-studies/ but with many additional text.
    I also want to extends ‘Case Studies’ post type with additional input checkbox called ‘Available’.
    how i can achieve that ?
    it’s also my first time extends template with child template.

    Hi there,

    You need to have some more advanced php and WordPress coding skills to do this. If you’re comfortable with this you need to check the theme’s plugin functions in your plugins folder > sd-theme-functions-digital-agency > inc > “sd-custom-post-types.php” to see how the post types are built.

    If you want to add more options to add to the post editor you can find an example in the theme’s folder > framework > inc > metabox > the-meta-boxes.php

    it’s works. i made new plugins based on sd-theme-functions-digital-agency for child theme, also the-meta-boxes too to extends.
