    Hi
    “My University” – How can I resolve this problem. This Elements in Visual Composer don´t Work (Post Grid, Media Grid and Masonry) in my theme. Other elements work correct properly. I believe that all panel settings are marked for admin.

    Example: when I add a field to the Post Grid element, the preview page or updated page still does not show the element but remains on the edit page.

    A Visual Composer license key is required to enable all the elements or the Theme My University already unlocks?

    I couldn’t edit pages built with Visual Composer at all. There is an update, but like Redeceo told, we weren’t able to updated it because the missing licence key for product.

    @redeceo    : You don’t need any license key. All features are available with the theme. The license key is only needed when you purchase VC separate from the theme. Please download and install the latest version of the theme and see if it fixes your problem.


    @drejki    : That’s weird. As mentioned above you don’t need any license to use VC with the theme. Please download the latest version of the theme and you’ll find the latest version of VC in the theme’s folder > framework > plugins. You’ll also find instructions on how to update in the file named “Update-Info”.

    UPDATE TO VERSION v1.1.3
    ========================

    CHANGELOG:

    – Updated Revolution Slider to the latest version 5.0.9
    – Updated Visual Composer to the latest version 4.7.4

    UPDATE Revolution Slider:

    Go to your WordPress dashboard > Revolution Slider. In the bottom-right corner click on the “Update Plugin” button. Browse to the new version of the theme’s folder > Upload > charity > framework > plugins and select the “revslider.zip”.

    Click “Update Slider” and you’re done.

    UPDATE Visual Composer:

    You’ll need to remove the plugin via FTP first. Login to your FTP server and go to your WordPress root folder > wp-content > plugins and delete the folder named “js_composer”. Now, go to your WordPress dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin and hit Browse. Navigate to the theme’s folder > framework > plugins and upload the fil enamed “js_composer.zip”. Go to the plugins section again and activate your new version of Visual Composer.

    We did everything like said in the instructions from Redeceo, but it doesn’t work. Do we have to upload file “js_composer.zip” from the folder or folder?

    Did you manage to update the VC? What version do you currently have installed?

    Also, what pages do you want to edit? If it’s professors or courses you need to enable the VC first from VC settings.

    Well, as mentioned in another mail (sent by me just few minute before by some other way): I still didn’t resolve the problem with VC. in the attachment you can see strange signs. Sometimes they are and otther times they aren’t on website.
    Other attachement shows the page edit by VC.

    Can you update VC for me? Is there any solution?
