Hi,

1. If your WP dashboard is slow the problem is not from the theme. The theme doesn’t affect the dashboard in any way.

2. Simply paste this in the theme options page > Styling > Custom CSS box:

.sd-blog-tabs li:before,
.sd-testimonials-carousel li:before,
.sd-portfolio-shortcode li:before,
.thecarousel ul li:before {
    display: none;    
}
.client-details ul li {
    padding-left: 0;    
}
.flex-direction-nav li {
    padding: 0 !important;    
}

Don’t worry, I’m willing to support you until everything is all right.

1. The thing is that I’ve made all kind of tests, also the theme goes to a TF reviewer before it gets accepted, and there are no problems with the load time of the dashboard whatsoever. That’s why I think that is something related to your server.

If you want, you can give me a test username and pwd. so I can take a closer look. (you can use the private reply function)

2. I’ve checked your site and it seems that there are a lot of blank paragraph tags that are inserted into your content. The WordPress auto-formatting feature is inserting these tags whenever you press enter (especially if you use the “Visual Mode” of the editor).

Make sure to check your content in “HTML” mode and see if there is any unwanted content and remove it. If the problem still persists this plugin does wonders:

PS Disable Auto Formatting

I’ve checked your website and indeed the problem seems to be the slider. Unfortunately, I’m not the developer of the slider so I’ve forwarded the problem to the slider’s devs. Don’t worry they have a short response time.
