    Hello

    Tried opening the Pot file from languages folder in PoEdit but got an error.
    Have found users with similar error (on another forum).
    You have stated an error on the file and provided a link to a new one but it is for another theme.
    Please correct the file or provide a solution.

    I think there’s a small bug in the file that I didn’t notice until now. Try replacing the .pot file with this one and see how it goes: http://d.pr/f/nbMQ

    The new file opened with PoEdit, ty.
    However, (at least) the “READ MORE” button that is obtained from posts, using the Post Grid component in VC, doesn’t translate (inside the blog template it does).
    I assume there is the need to translate it within the language file for the plugin. Sadly, I can’t find it. Please help or advise.

    On a side note, uploading the theme copied a folder named “plugins” that has (supposedly) zipped versions of the plugins used. May I delete it from server?

    1. That is not part of the theme but of Visual Composer plugin. But the thing is that the plugin is easily translatable. What are you using for translation?

    2. Yes, after installing the plugins you can delete that.

    Hello

    1. I don’t use any plugin for translation. Is a one language site – just not english. I’ve changed the POT files and installed wordpress in the correct version. There are only a few “sentences” that need to be changed and I don’t want to install a plugin for the string-translation.
    If you can point out where best practices to change this I’ll be glad. Otherwise, I’ll go into plugin editor and hard coded the translation.

    Ok, I’ve checked VC Post Grid on my side and when you select “Load More” button option a new tab appears where you can easily change the Read More text.

    Let me know if you can find it.

    Thanks for the quick reply. That really isn’t the problem. The issue occurs on the homepage when I use the post grid element.
    The Read More is inside the posts… and I’m not using it.

    I’ve managed to solve it. After reading the “readme.txt” file from VC folder (go figure) I’ve just added the translated “po” and “mo” version of the plugin into the wordpress plugins language folder, with the right naming convention (in this case js_composer-pt_PT) and it worked (without hard coding the translation).
