    Hi, I’m experiencing the string of date text instead of the countdown on any event page I create. On top of that, I seem to be getting 404s after creating an event, then attempting to view it. I recently removed iThemes Security after hearing it may conflict with EDD, if that helps any.

    The second question I have is regarding the Login page, the one where we’re instructed to place the appthemers-login shortcode; Everything looks great, but after logging in, or registering at that, nothing happens; There is no confirmation that you logged in, no redirection, nothing to notify or reassure the user. I’ve since installed a free ajax login plugin that appears to be working but not 100% sure there aren’t any hidden conflicts with donor accounts or EDD.

    The theme is great, so long as I can get it to function properly. Thanks for any help, I owe you a virtual 12-pack of beer if we get this sorted.

    Hi there,

    1. Make sure that you flush your permalink setting. From your dashboard > Settings > Permalinks simply click “Save changes”.

    2. You can use the default login/register page and not the one with the appthemers-login shortcodes. The shortcode is for something else that the theme does not support.

    Great to hear about the login shortcode, however, I’ve flushed my permalinks far more than my toilet the past week or so trying to figure out what is wrong with the events countdown, I wish it were that simple. Something’s wrong and I need a Yoda… Would you mind taking a look? This may very well be the only time I ask for support.
