    Hi!

    Our Helping Hands theme was purchased with the visual composer included and for whatever reason we are not being allowed to activate this.

    When we went to the WordPress -> Visual Composer -> Product License, and clicked “Activate Visual Composer” and brought us to a “no license found” screen.

    I’ve attached images for your reference. Please assist us with this issue.

    Hi there,

    You don’t need a license to use VC because it came bundled in the theme. You only need a license if you have an individual copy of the plugin. Please disregard those notifications.

    I have the same error. And I can’t update my site because of the errors.

    @ccmarsig: If you want to update VC you need to download the latest version of the theme and read the “update-info” file inside the archive on how to update VC manually.
