    Hello,

    I just bought this theme and installed the zip file from WP Dashboard.

    Whenever I try to go to Appearance -> Customize, I always seem to get the following message:

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 12288 bytes) in /home/inspired224a/public_html/alcafglobal.com/wp-admin/includes/media.php on line 1369

    What can I do?

    Hi there,

    You need to increase the allocated memory for php on your server. Setting up 256 will definitely fix your problem:

    Hello Again Chris,

    I just made the adjustment and I’m still getting the same message, unfortunately.

    Any thoughts on why this may be happening?

    Is this happening only on the “Customize” menu? If you go to the “Revolution Slider” what does it say on the box named “Requirements & Recommendations”?

    I’ve forwarded the problem to the plugin developer. I’ll keep you updated. Meanwhile can you tell me what version of the theme you have installed?

    Also, can you give me a test username & pwd. on your site so I can take a closer look?
