    Hey Chris, we have a few requests that would benefit us but also I think many of your other users.

    Tabbed Popular & Recent Posts, Recent Events
    These widgets are great but they lack the ability to narrow it down to a specific category or categories. One of the ways we were hoping to use it is to create a sidebar for each section of our site and use this to narrow the blog posts and events down to the category that matches those sections. Also, for the Popular, it would be great to have it sort by the “hearts” or by pageviews instead of just comments. So many people read articles but don’t comment, so that’s not always a great metric for determining popularity.

    Custom Header Page Background
    We Love having this feature! The problem is that it makes me upload a new picture for each page. We have over 100 pages so that really junks up our media gallery. Can you switch it to being able to upload or choose from the gallery? That would be super awesome!

    Hi there and thanks for the feedback.

    1. I’ll look into this maybe in the next update.

    2. Until I update the theme and upload the file on TF to get accepted you can do this changes if you want:

    Go to the theme’s folder > framework > inc > metabox and edit the file named “the-meta-boxes.php”. Now, on line 44 replace this:

    plupload_image

    with this:

    image_advanced

    Save.Done.

    You should have now the possibility to select your images from the media gallery.

    Let me know how’s going.

    1) That would be great! Any idea on how long that’ll be? We launch the website in 30 days. I’m not pressuring you, just need to know if I should use an alternative until then. Thanks!

    2) I was actually looking at that line and googling what to replace it with but couldn’t find the right one. I changed it to what you mentioned and it worked perfectly! You are the man!
