Hi there,

Did you check the options of the bg header? Like “repeat-x”, “no-repeat” etc?

Also, if you could post your url so I can take a look it would be great.

Hi there,

1. The page header bg. option is located just under the editor. The section is named “Page Options”.

2. You can add a custom bg by adding this code to the “Custom CSS” box in the theme options page > Styling:

.body {
background: url(your-img-url) no-repeat;
}

Of course you can alter the attributes of the background.

Can you show me the exact section that you need to change the opacity? If you need to change the opacity of your main BODY bg. I’m afraid you’ll need to achieve this through photoshop.

Hi there,

1. Past this code in the “Custom CSS” box:

.page-entry,
.sd-tabs .sd-tab {
background: none;
}

This will remove the white bg from some portions of the page.

Now, paste this for your transparent bg:

.sd-blog-page {
background: rgba(255, 255, 255, .9);
}

.9 means 90% opacity, 1 is totally opaque. Change it to your desired opacity (eg. .7)

2. You’re better with setting a min height to the content instead of the footer:

.sd-blog-page {
min-height: 500px;
}

Though, if you want to change the footer instead here’s the code:

#footer {
min-height: 500px;
}

Of course you’ll need to change it to your desired number.

3. Can you show me how it looked before and what is the problem now? Cause I see some bgs. but I don’t know how it was supposed to look.
