    Hi,

    Firstly the theme is really great and has been working just fine up until a week ago the home page just vanished. I haven’t made any changes that would cause this issue. Please could you assist me ASAP.

    Hi Chris,

    I have updated the theme and tried to install the Rev Slider but I get the following error.

    The plugin does not have a valid header.

    Could not copy file. …/highperformancecoachingco/wp-content/plugins/revslider/revslider_front.php

    Hi there,

    I’ve checked your site but it seems I cannot upload the slider from the WP dashboard (some error regarding permissions). So, you’ll need to manually do it via FTP.

    Let me know if you know how to do it or not so I can guide you through the process.

    Hi there,

    I’ve checked the FTP account but you must give me access to your WP install folder, or at least in your plugins folder.

    When I log in it points to an empty directory. You must set up the home of the FTP username to WP content > plugins.

    Hey Craig,

    I’ve managed to login but I’m afraid you’ll need to contact your host (or delete the revslider folder from your terminal if you have ssh access).

    I’ve tried to delete or upload and overwrite the revslider folder but I’m always getting this error:

    Response: 550 Could not delete revslider: Invalid argument
