    Hi,

    I’m having trouble with importing the homeslider. I imported all the default pages, and most everything seems to be working. However, the homeslider gives me the following error on the front end:

    Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias homeslider not found.

    When I go to Slider Revolution in the wordpress admin, there is no slider with that name. And I get the following notice:

    Error with File Permissions
    Please set write permission (755) to your wp-content/uploads folders to make sure the Slider can save all updates and imports in the future.

    However, I just double-checked the permission of that folder in the FTP, and it looks like I have the proper permissions setup.

    I guess my question is, how can I import that slider data a la carte?

    Hi there and sorry for the delay but we’re moving to another country and we’ll be a little bit on on off until 1st of August.

    Try setting up 777 too and see how it goes.

    Just tried to setup 777 permissions but the issue wasnt resolved

    Hello Roey,

    Can you post a test username & pwd. on your site so I can take a closer look? Also, it would be great if you could post a FTP test username too. Make sure you use the private reply function of the forum.
