    Hello, I want to change the url for the insurrance product beacuse my website is in french.
    For exemple /insurance-products/life-insurance/
    I want to change the /insurance-products/ but I don’t find how.

    Edit, is does not work, I change the slug, I flush the permalink but nothing change. In permalink I put /blog/%postname%/.

    Hello

    I’m having the same issue. Maybe it’s the same solution.

    I change the text in the theme options, flush the permalinks in dashboard but it keeps the original insurance-products slug.

    Deleted the old one, updated the new one, activated it, reset the theme options, re-flushed the permalinks, still no go.

    By the way, is there an undocumented preferred permalink structure?
    I’m using article name.

    a) Tried custom structure using %postname% but to no good; returned to the original one;
    b) Tried changing the custom-post-types.php inside inc folder, on the new plugin files, hardcoding the wanted slug “seguros” instead of the actual (and, as I understood, default) insurance-products, but then the menu item (just a custom link with the insurance products as submenus) stopped working/opening. Changed the exact text insurance-products on lines 89 and 123.

    Due to my deadline, indications on how to change the slug to “seguros” (even if coded the wrong way) are very welcome. Then we have time to correct it the proper way.

    Can you post a screenshot of the content of the sd-tf-ip > inc plugin folder?

    You can hard code the slug in that plugin folder > inc in the file named “custom-post-types.php at line 89 replace ‘insurance-products’ with your desired string.

    I’m not sure why it’s not working on your side. I’ve made some tests and I can properly change it from the theme options page after flushing the permalink settings.

    Though, if I can’t take a closer look on your site I can’t really tell why is the problem happening.

    I had same issue some months ago, I could change only bit editing theme core file sd-tf-ip
    I think the function.php of child theme does not work with slug and permalink.
    It work with template but not with child theme.
