    You can find the content of that page in the documentation files. In the archive you’ve downloaded > Documentation > MyCollege > Index > 09. Predefined Page Layouts.

    Oh, that is the default WP gallery. Simply upload your photos into a post/page and insert the gallery shortcode: [gallery]
