    Header Custom Logo – I have tried replacing the My University logo, via Theme Options / Header / Logo with our own logo to the same dimensions (240x44px) but the image doesn’t show when saved. I just get a broken image box, but no actual image. How can this be resolved please?

    Page Options – Custom Header Page Background – I have cropped and uploaded images at optimal size (2170x213px) but they do not show. The banner area changes from grey to white only. Tried different file types and slightly larger sizes but no luck. Please advise.
