    Hello,

    I’m having trouble importing demo content on a new install of WordPress. It stays at 0% and does nothing after sitting for about an hour. Nothing imports. I increased the memory and still doesn’t help.

    Can you please help? I can send you the login info if needed.

    Also, the visual composer plugin shows there is an update, but it’s not updating to the 5.1.1 version.

    I was able to change the php settings in my hosting account and increased the memory, etc. The demo imported successfully. You can close this ticket.

    I increased the memory to 3GB on the PHP settings via server. Also, I upgraded the PHP version to the latest version. You might have to talk with your host to help you change those if you are not sure how to do it.
