    Hey,

    I’ve checked your site and it seems the file responsible for saving the changes is not writable. Can you check the file named “custom-styles.css” located in the theme’s folder > framework > css and make sure it has writing permissions (755 or 777). You need to do this via FTP. If you don’t know how to do it here’s a little tutorial on how to change permissions on files:

    Hi there,

    Simply go to your ThemeForest account and download the new version of the theme. If you are a little bit tech savvy you don’t need to update the whole theme. Via FTP simply go to the theme’s folder > framework > inc and replace the file named “enqueue.php” with the one from the latest version.

    There is no notice of a new version in your ThemeForest account. Simply download the theme again and you can read the update info file.

    If you didn’t make any changes to the theme files you’re safe for update. Your content won’t be affected by the theme update.

    You’ve been helping me with other items. I am going back to this ticket and wondering if it is safe to update the “enqueue.php” file. I don’t want to reset any changes we’ve made. Please let me know.
