    I have a campaign and everything is working BUT the custom donation amount isn’t working…it just sends them to paypal with one of the multiple amounts.

    I would like my people to have the option of either picking the amount that I set OR to type in their own amount. It isn’t working.

    How do I get that manual amount working? I am trying to launch asap.

    Make sure that in your WP dashboard > Campaign > Settings this is checked:

    “Allow arbitrary amounts to be pledged.”

    It is and has been checked. When you click on donate, it pops up both the arbitrary amount box and the set dollar amounts BUT if you type in an arbitrary amount, it (I guess) defaults to a set amount.

    Any other thoughts?

    Hi again,

    I’ve checked Easy Digital Downloads plugin again and it seems that there’s a bug with the arbitrary amount on the “But Now” button. If you select the “Add to Cart” button it works with both arbitrary amount and pledges.

    Take a look and let me know if it’s ok.

    I’m having what appears to be the same problem and changing the button to “Add to Cart” doesn’t seem to solve it. Any other ideas? I started a new thread over 24 hours ago and haven’t heard anything yet…
