    Hi,

    You can simply create a new username and pwd. for me in your WordPress dashboard > Users > Add New.

    Then you can paste the username and password here using the private reply function of the forums.

    Hi,

    I’ve checked your website and it seems that on that page and other new pages created in the default language the file named “custom.js” which is responsible for the tabs script is not loaded. In fact none of the theme’s scripts are loaded on these pages.

    I can investigate the problem further but you’ll need to provide me admin rights to the user that you’ve created so I can edit the theme files.

    Hi Ana,

    I’ve checked again your website but still it seems you’re on a multisite install and can’t access the plugins section.

    The problem is that something is preventing all the scripts to load not only the tabs one.

    Did you try to disable your plugins one by one and see maybe there’s a conflict somewhere?

    Hello, Chris

    I found out which puglin was preventing the scripts to load, but I could not fix it. I use WP Minify WordPress Plugin, but I configured the plugin to exclude this script: http://cursovilabrasil.com.br/wp-content/themes/mycollege/framework/js/custom.js

    However it did not change anything. Is there any other script I need to exclude from the plugin?

    Check the files from the theme’s folder > framework > js

    All of those files are needed for the theme to work properly.
