    Hi there,

Firstly – I love your theme! Thank you!

I just purchased it this evening and have been trying to get started by uploading your demo material.

I have made edits to my navigation menu – but for some reason, it seems to be loading on the right hand side instead of at the top of my screen. How can I fix this?

Also, when I tried creating a slider, I received an error message saying I had reached my php memory limit so I wasn’t able to create a slider. Is this normal? Do I need to contact my host (GoDaddy)?

My url is liftupvoices.org. Please let me know if you need me to send you my login info.

Thank you in advance! Look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.

    Cheers,
    Tori

    Hi Tori,

I’m afraid I cannot check your site due to the maintenance mode. Increasing your memory is always a good thing. Try to set it up to 256M: https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

    Let me know how’s going.

    Cheers!
    Chris

    Hi Chris,

Thanks for getting back to me so fast. I have increased my memory and that seems to have worked!

Apologies for the maintenance mode – I have disabled it. The menu is still to the right hand side. How do you suggest I fix this?

    Thank you!

I also changed the main theme colour, but the bar above the main menu doesn’t seem to be changing colour (is still green like the demo).

    Cheers, T

    I have selected menu 3…

But this is what mine looks like (attachment 1) rather than the menu across the screen in the green/blue bar below. I’m also missing the donate sign in the top right corner.

Please let me know the best way to fix this!

    Cheers,
    Tori

    Hey,

It seems that you didn’t enable the menu theme for your menu. Did that for you. You can change the styling of the menu from your dashboard > Mega Menu > Menu Themes and select “Top Bar Menu”

Colors are properly reflected on my side. Make sure that after you make styling changes you clear your browser’s cache and refresh the page.

    Cheers!

Sorry to bother you again – I’ve selected a different menu style and now my menu has seemed to of disappeared. Do you mind pointing me in the right direction to get this back?

I’d like the menu to the right of the “Donate to LUV” button 🙂

    Thanks!

I’m sorry but on the header style you selected it is not possible to have the menu on the right of the button.

Though, I’ve set it up in a different way to display last the donate button.

    Cheers!
