    Hello,

    I have configured a theme on WordPress version 3.9. After login to admin, I can’t see any short codes at backend. I have upgraded version to 4.1.1, still problem exists.
    I have tried, the same thing on localhost. But it didn’t work out. Can you please suggest what I need to do to solve the problem?

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately since WP 3.9 the tinymce editor was entirely revamped hence breaking some functionality.

    I’m still working on an update to fix this and you’ll receive an email when is ready.

    Meanwhile you’ll need to manually insert your shortcodes into the pages. You can find all of them explained and with an example in the theme documentation.
