    where do I input the open hours as you have in the top next to the social icons?

    In the theme options page > Header > Top Left Header Custom Content

    Paste this:

    OPENING HOURS : MON - SAT <span class="sd-upper-custom">6AM - 9PM</span>, SUN <span class="sd-upper-custom">8AM - 6PM</span>

    Save. Done.
