    Hey Chris,
    i only changed the wording of the 3 infoboxes under rev slider on homepage- after that every page with full width template seems to be broken!
    Besides that i can´t decide which page template to use anymore…
    please help me out, today is the day i wanted to go from staging to live site… ;(

    Hi Matt,

    Did you install any plugin or make any changes in the settings? I’ve seen some errors regarding the child theme in the themes area in the dashboard.

    seems to be a bigger issue: footer widgets gone and most of the page templates broken…

    First thing, don’t panic, we’ll find what the problem is and fix it.

    If you go to your theme area I can see this error there: Fluechtlingshilfe Child Das übergeordnete Theme fehlt. Bitte installiere das übergeordnete Theme „fluechtlingshilfe“, da du Child-Themes sonst nicht nutzen kannst.

    I’ve checked it out and it seems that in the child theme file you’ve renamed the parent theme from “helpinghands” to “fluechtlingshilfe” hence the child theme could not find the parent theme anymore.

    Also, that was the reason the page templates have disappeared too.

    Check it out now and let me know if there is something still missing.

    i bought a lot of thmes from tf but never got such an awesome support like You provide, thanks a lot for helping me out- now i can almost confidently bring it to the live site!
