    Hey there,

    As topic title suggests,

    I realised that some of the quality of the images uploaded tend to be poorer.
    I noticed that the uploading of the logo requires a 1 to 1 ratio. Thus I resized accordingly, however noticed that the quality tends to be poorer as well.

    The url provided consists of two images that are clear on my end. However, once uploaded, the quality is much poorer.

    Just for a clearer understanding, is there such technicality issues that I should know of?

    Hi there,

    The theme doesn’t alter the quality of the images in any way. If there is something it must be the processing of the images from WordPress itself. Especially for the logo the theme displays the logo exactly as the source that it is uploaded.

    Hey there,

    I have been trying to search for an answer, however it seems the problem still persists. Especially for the 3 uploaded images in the Url below:

    Texts seems to be heavily affected by this issue.
    Are there any recommended actions I should take?

    How are you inserting the images into the page? If you used the “single image” section did you try to set the size of the image to “full width”?

    Hey there,

    yes, I have inserted the image size to full width. However, it seems to be affecting heavily
    on images with texts.

    Please advice me on this as the quality of the texts still seems poor. Feel free to refer to the images uploaded on the website, for my explanation above.

    Hey,

    I’ve checked your page again but it seems you are setting a PDF file as an image in the “single image” section so the system is generating bad previews. Try inserting a .jpg or .png image instead and see how it goes.
