    Thank you for the help and the theme is amazing. great work.

    i require some assistance in some key area.

    1. The donation check seem to not cancel after selecting multiple. pressed the “X” and
    nothing happens.

    2. In case of an update will my edits disappear or d0 i need to set up a child theme.

    3. Please help get the mega menu default styling. mine seems to be challenging

    Hi there,

    1. Make sure you update the theme to the latest version. It was a bug that was fixed in the latest version. You can update just the file named “checkout_cart.php” located in the theme’s folder > edd_templates

    2. If you made any changes to the theme’s files they will be overwritten and you’ll need a child theme in this case. If you made just changes in the theme options and not in any file can overwrite the theme and your changes won’t be lost.

    3. In the dashboard > Mega Menu > Menu Themes you can reset the menu’s styling.

    Hi there,

    Sorry but I didn’t receive any message on my email.

    1. The theme comes with a child theme included so simply upload it from the archive you’ve downloaded > Uploads > helpginhands_child

    2. As I’ve mentioned above you’ll need to update the file named “checkout_cart.php” located in the theme’s folder > edd_templates
