    Do you have the recommended image sizes to the homepage slider, trainer profiles and other areas in your theme?

    Hi there,

    You can make your own slider size if you want. On my demo page I’m using a full width image with the size 2500×600.

    For the other places everything that is at least 768×400 will work fine. You can upload smaller images too but they won’t look very nice.

    Is the full width image really 2500 x 600? What is the ideal size? I used the 960 x 600. I even made it 1000 x 600. But still there is a small gap on the left edge of the image where the part of the previous slide image appeared. It looks ugly. How can I make it appear perfectly fit?

    Sorry for the late reply. We are on Christmas holidays. The website is http://www.mccid.edu.ph. It’s a college for the deaf located in the Philippines. It’s on its 5th edition since our site was launched in 1997. It’s still unfinished. Since we are a special school for Persons With Disabilities (PWD) and also one of the founding members of Philippine Web Accessibility Group, we advocate for accessible web designs. That’s why I made some adjustments in order for your theme to be web accessible. At the footer I placed the link on passing the WAI-Web Content Accessibility Guideline 2.0 Level AA compliance which is now the international standard in web accessibility and at the same time part of our country’s law. That’s why it took me some time to make code changes. I also used the accessible contact form of Mike Cherim instead of the one included in the theme.

    Your theme is nicely done, the design is elegantly formal and it fits very well with our needs. That’s why I added a link to My College Theme at the footer if you don’t mind. However, my problem is with the homepage slider. There is a small gap on the left edge of the image where the part of the previous slide image appeared. The gap also appears on the carousel in mobile version. It is not centered. I want only two images to appear per scroll. I use Firefox and Edge.

    Another thing, can I make the carousel logo images become clickable links to the websites they represent? How?

    Hi there and sorry for the delay. I was out too for Christmas.

    You did a great job with making the theme accessibility. I will definitely put more thought into this when developing my next themes.

    I’ve checked your site and it seems that a piece of styling code is overriding the slider adding a 5px padding on the left of every slide.

    Try this:

    Go to the theme options page > Styling and paste this in the “Custom CSS” box:

    .flexslider .slides > li {
     padding-left: 0;
}

    Save. Done.

    Let me know how’s going.

    Did you try to replace the lightbox code with a normal link?

    For example instead of:
