    Greetings! Great work on this theme, it’s working great for me.

    I would like to remove the course search ‘header’ from the Default Template pages – how might I go about that?

    Both, but not on the search results page; on other, non-related pages. For example, I don’t really need the course search on my ‘about us’ page, or my ‘student login’ page (both of those pages are the ‘Default Template’). Is there a way I can choose to have the course search on any page or not on any page? Or can I create another page template from the Default Template but without the course search header?

    Hi,

    You can edit the file named “header.php” and on line 129 the code of the search box starts.

    You’ll see on line 131 this:

    if ( !is_page_template( 'blog.php' ) && !is_singular( 'post ') && is_singular( 'professors ' && is_singular( 'page' ) ) )

    This is the line that excludes some pages. You can add your own like in the following example:

    if ( !is_page_template( 'blog.php' ) && !is_singular( 'post ') && is_singular( 'professors ' && is_singular( 'page' ) && !is_page( 'YOUR PAGE ID HERE' ) ) )
