    Hello,

    Firstly I love the theme – well done, a great design.

    However, I am unable to get the Search Form to work.

    Categories have been set up and I have assigned pages to categories (tried creating posts but these were having major problems with the permalinks, so installed ‘categories to pages’ plug in. Categories did not work before this was installed so it is not the plugin).

    If keywords are typed into the search form every page comes up, not just the keyword.

    Have you had this issue with anyone else? As this is a project for a client I would appreciate a response quickly. Thank you.

    Hi there,

    The search box works only with keywords. It will search the specified keyword in the selected categories.

    What problems did you encounter with the categories and permalinks? I’ve tested all the permalink settings and there is no problem. Maybe the category plugin is conflicting with the search box.

    Hi there,

    Definitely not a plugin conflict as we have tested that.

    It’s okay, we have tested other themes and have the same problem so it must be in the install somewhere so we are looking into it further.
