Here’s what to do:

Go to the theme options page > Styling and add this to the “Custom CSS” box:

.sd-search-courses {
    text-align: center;
}
.wp-advanced-search {
    display: inline-block;
    text-align: left;
}
.sd-search-courses h2 {
    float: none;
    margin-bottom: 10px;
}

Save. Done.

.wpas-select,
.wpas-text {
    width: 250px;
}

@media (max-width: 767px) {
    .wpas-select,
    .wpas-text {
        width: 100% !important;
    }
}
