    Hi there,
    Working on setting up a campaign and to accept donations.
    All seems to work pretty well, except one small issue.

    When i click on the “Donate” button in the menu, it opens a small window that allows you to “Select your pledge amount….

    1) there is no option or space in which to enter an amount? see screenshot.
    2) is there a way to change wording to “Enter your donation amount”?

    Hi there,

    1. Make sure that your campaign has multiple pledge options enabled and also that in the campaign setting the option to allow custom amounts is checked.

    I have set up my “featured campaign”, and when I click on the donate button this pop-up appears (see attached image). I’m trying to make it read “Enter your donation amount” at the top, and then “Donate $10” “Donate $25”, etc.

    I just need to replace all the words “Pledge” with “Donate”.

    One other issue, when i type in a custom amount in the blank pledge field, I get a pop up (image attached).

    Within my campaign I have both “Enable multiple reward options and “Enable multi-option purchase mode. Allows multiple price options to be added to your cart at once” selected.

    And within the Campaigns settings I have “Allow arbitrary amounts to be pledged.” checked.

    What am I missing?

    Sorry! Last issue, the “Donate Now” link in the top nav bar is unresponsive on mobile, but works fine on desktops/laptops.

    It seems that in the latest EDD update something was changed. Until I release a fix can you post a test FTP username & pwd.? I can fix it right away. Make sure you use the private reply function of the forum.
