    Looking at improving SEO perhaps using a plugin. Yoast install shows a warning that the theme has issue with it. Holding off, could you tell me what is recommended SEO for this theme?

    Hey,

    Try to edit the file named “header.php” and remove all the code between the title tags with this:

    <title><?php wp_title(); ?></title>

    If it’s still not working remove line 27, this too:

    <meta name="description" content="<?php echo get_bloginfo('name'); ?>" />
